Static projectile spells that conjure a burst of (usually harmful) magic.
Unless modified to cast at range, these spells will detonate point blank.
Explosion is a static projectile spell that creates a small, high-powered explosion at the point of casting. It will damage you if you do not have the Explosion Immunity or Exploding Corpses perks.
Tips
- A trigger spell, such as Spark Bolt With Trigger, is highly recommended in order to cast this effect at range.
- Explosion is the most straightforward and effective of the 5 Explosion spells. If you can manage the danger you can cause a lot of mayhem with this spell. It does, however, prevent mass spamming due to its high mana drain.
