Static projectile spells that conjure a small field of magic with varying properties.

Circle of Thunder is a spell that creates a sparkling field of electricity that will stun all enemies caught inside it.

Tips

  • Can be useful to block off passages with to get yourself out of a tight situation
  • It does not directly affect you. However, if it is overlapping liquid, it will shock the liquid, which can then stun you.
  • It's recommended to use with a trigger spell, like Spark Bolt, to deposit the field at a distance.
  • The circle can hit other entities in the shooter's faction. This includes certain projectiles such as Pollen when damage is added to the circle.
  • If you save and reload, or often when you move far away from the circle and back to the same area, the circle will gain the ability to hit you. (This is not the case for most if not all other circle spells and other player projectiles; they are either near-immediately capable of hitting the shooter or will not hit the shooter after a save-load. This is because Circles of Thunder can hit the shooter's allies but not the shooter normally, but saving and reloading makes them forget who fired them.)
