Worm Launcher is a spell that summons a worm to fly forth from the wand at high velocity. It will dig through the ground and seek to attack nearby creatures (including you) for the duration. Despite the spell's description, it is not a giant worm.

Tips

• Linear Arc forces the worm to move in a straight line.
• The duration seem to be only about a couple of seconds, making it much harder for the worm to turn around and hit you before it despawns.
• This spell cannot be used to farm Worm Blood, as the worms it spawns do not bleed.
  • Although it seems to explode into a shower of Worm Blood when it despawns, these particles are purely cosmetic.
• Can be used as a way to dig out of the Holy Mountain and Parallel Worlds or as a regular attack spell.

Unlocking

This spell is unlocked once the Orb of True Knowledge under the Snow Chasm has been collected (along with Summon Deercoy and Flock of Ducks).
