Wand Homing is a projectile modifier spell that will impart a constant force on projectiles to make them home in on wands. The homing effect targets wands which have not yet been picked up and ones which have been dropped on the ground, but not wands which are being held by something, such as you or a creature.

Obtaining

Wand Homing is unlocked by drowning Mestarien mestari in swamp. While the Water variant of Swamp with ID water_swamp is effectively named Swamp in the game, it won't trigger the unlock of the spell. The Main variant with ID swamp is needed (See swamp for details).

A reliable way to do this is by using the Summon Swamp spell, which always spawns on the Kantele Hauen Leukaluusta.

Uses

The very long-distance of the homing strength makes it a good wand-locator. This makes it a good alternative to the Wand Radar perk.

You can use Pheromone to remove unwanted wands.

Trivia

Uses the same wand sprite as Summon Taikasauva in the spell icon.
