Spells useful primarily for changing the point of origin of other spells, most of which employ an Expiration Trigger to do so.
Delayed Spellcast is a static projectile type spell that creates an almost invisible, very slow moving projectile with an Expiration Trigger. Upon death, the projectile's trigger releases a payload of spells. With a predictable 100 frame lifetime and slow, consistent starting speed this projectile can be used to very precisely sequence the release of other spells.
While it may seem innocuous, this spell's projectile can be made to explode. It does not naturally explode on death, or at the end of its life, but will do so in response to Explosive Detonator.
The explosion is player safe - no Friendly Fire risk.
Since it has the default projectile explosion radius of 20, adding just one copy of Explosive Projectile produces 325dmg explosions.
Payload
Unusually for a 'with trigger' spell, the payload defaults to drawing three spells rather than the more typical one. This can be increased using multicast as usual. The only other trigger projectile to draw more than one spell as its payload is Spark Bolt with Double Trigger. If you use Add Trigger, Add Timer or Add Expiration Trigger on Delayed Spellcast the payload of the modified trigger projectile will draw only one spell by default.
This wand changes the type of the trigger from Expiration to Timer, but doing so also reduces the default payload draw to only a single spell. In this example, the Nuke and Plasma Beam Cross will not be delayed.

Always Cast quirks
While it appears as an Always Cast, the wand is unable to cast spells after more than 2 modifiers without the use of large multicast (the multicast needs to be big enough to cast all the modifiers as if they were normal projectile spells). It makes all spells that draw 1 (like a modifier) draw 0 instead, which allows you to do unique things such as divide Mu efficiently.
