Hearty Porridge is a rare, milk-coloured liquid food.
Characteristics
Drinking an entire potion of Hearty Porridge will give you 15 seconds of 
Regeneration, as well as give you 80% satiation. It has no staining effect and disappears when it touches lava.
Sources
Hearty Porridge is created when you obtain the Eat Your Vegetables perk.- Very rare chance to be found as a random material potion from a Treasure Chest or Great Treasure Chest.
