Purifying Powder is a powder Material that is rarely created from Chaotic Transmutation or found in Powder Pouches and rare Flasks.
Characteristics
Purifying Powder converts any materials tagged with [impure] to water, including many liquids and some powders such as mud and wax. Liquids like lava and slime are unaffected. Pouring Purifying Powder onto lava or healthium turns it into gunpowder.

Purifying Powder. - Can be created in two different ways using diamond.
- Very rare chance of obtaining
Purifying Powder as a random material potion from a Treasure Chest or Great Treasure Chest.
