Plasma Beam Thrower is a charge-limited projectile modifier spell that causes a projectile to spawn beams of randomly oriented, deadly plasma. Stops when the projectile dissipates, if you survive that long.
This is an extremely dangerous spell, particularly in the early game.
Plasma based spells do high damage per tick, and come friendly-fire enabled as if modified by Piercing Shot.
The very limited charge amount makes this modifier even less useful for use in combat.
Unlike its' Fireball and Lightning based cousins, you are not able to acquire complete immunity to plasma (projectile) damage. 特典 providing defence against projectile damage will help, as will general damage reduction effects.
Has a strong synergy with Infestation - a great way to get a lot of plasma beams.
