Item Lottery is a one-off Perk that spawns several items and a wand for the player to take.

Notes

• One potion will always be from the Aggressive potion pool and one will be from the Random Material pool, meaning the perk could potentially spawn rare materials for the player to use.
• The potion spawns 1 of 6 other items: a Kammi, Kiuaskivi, Ukkoskivi, Vuoksikivi, Soapstone, or a Lovely Die.
• A Powder Pouch is also spawned alongside the other items. This behaves the same as if it was found on a pedestal.
• The wand spawned is tier 3.
