Graham's Things currently adds 39 new perks, 7 of which were present in the release version and 22 of which were added in updates. 8 of these must be unlocked, and will not show up in the Holy Mountain until they are unlocked. Once the unlock requirements for a perk are fulfilled, the perk that has been unlocked will appear in front of the player.

Normal Perks

These are non-unlockable perks that can be found in Holy Mountains.

Mod GT-Healthyhearts.png Healthy Hearts Hearts that increase your maximum HP also heal you.
Mod GT-Itemlottery.png Item Lottery (One-off) A few random items and potions appear for you!
Mod GT-Midasmeat.png Midas Meat Most nearby enemy corpses are converted into gold.
Mod GT-Heatwave.png Heat Wave You melt nearby ice and other cold materials, and are immune to being frozen.
Mod GT-Saltblood.png Salt Blood You bleed salt and slowly suck up nearby liquids, and take a bit less damage.
Mod GT-Wandreforge.png Wand Reforge (One-off) The stats of the wand in your hand are improved slightly.
Mod GT-Friendlyelements.png Friendly Elements (One-off) You gain an artefact that allows you to pacify the elements.
Mod GT-Luckyclover.png Lucky Clover Your chance to find a healthy heart or a rare chest is greatly increased.
Mod GT-Bloodybonus.png Bloody Bonus You gain a bonus perk in the Holy Mountain after killing enough enemies on a floor.
Mod GT-Revengefreeze.png Revenge Freeze You release a myriad of ice-cold projectiles upon taking damage.
Mod GT-Zaptap.png Zap Tap Enemies hitting you at close range get electrically shocked, and you become immune to melee damage.
Mod GT-Bleedingedge.png Bleeding Edge Any enemies below 10% health will instantly die.
Mod GT-Breadcrumbs.png Breadcrumbs You leave a trail of helpful orbs that boost you in places you've already been.
Mod GT-Campfires.png Campfires Heals in future Holy Mountains only give you what you need, and can be taken bit by bit.
Mod GT-Safeexploration.png Safe Exploration You gain brief invincibility upon entering an area for the first time.
Mod GT-Tipsyghost.png Tipsy Ghost An unprofessional spirit comes to your aid, and your aim is no longer disturbed whilst inebriated.
Mod GT-Elementaladaptation.png Elemental Adaptation You take 75% less damage from projectiles, but double damage from everything else.
Mod GT-IOU.png IOU (One-off) You gain 5 minutes of unlimited wand tinkering, and a random perk afterwards.
Mod GT-Wanderingeyes.png Wandering Eyes You gain three orbitals that reflect enemy damage.
Mod GT-Blindspot.png Blind Spot You can see clearly in a large ring around you, and are immune to blindness.
Mod GT-Refreshingvariety.png Refreshing Variety Spell Refreshers may spawn several random spells instead of refreshing your spells.
Mod GT-Buyback.png Buyback (One-off) All the spells in your spell inventory are duplicated, but you must purchase both again!
Mod GT-Fortuneteller.png Fortune Teller When standing still, you can pay gold to summon a throwable crystal ball.
Mod GT-Trickbetrayal.png Trick Betrayal Enemy deaths caused by other enemies always count as trick kills, and grant double gold.
Mod GT-Kickstraction.png Kickstraction Kicking near a wand will instantly remove all of its spells.
Mod GT-Repossession.png Repossession When an enemy dies, their existing projectiles become friendly.
Mod GT-Sillystraw.png Silly Straw When holding a potion, a handy straw gives you extra reach!

Unlockable perks

Unlockable perks are marked by a blue border. Once unlocked, they will appear in Holy Mountains alongside other perks.

Mod GT-Technicalprowess.png Technical Prowess You feel a certain kinship with the robots of the world. Find and pick up one of the unique Experimental Wands
Mod GT-Materialist.png Materialist Your wands charge mana faster depending on how many one-off perks you have. Pick up three One-off perks in the same run
Mod GT-Luckyday.png Lucky Day You gain a chance to block major damage. While at very low health, kill a random amount of enemies
Mod GT-Demise.png Demise You start your next run with +50 health and an extra perk, but you die instantly when under 20% health. Awaken the Hunger by taking the Insatiability book to the Mountain Altar.
Mod GT-Sheepification.png Sheepification Firing a projectile may fire a polymorphing projectile alongside it. Eat the corpse of a Muodonmuutosmestari
Mod GT-Immunityaura.png Immunity Aura You gain a random immunity that may change when you are too confused. Open the Ethereal Treasure Chest in the middle of the Water biome
Mod GT-Magicskin.png Magic Skin Your max HP is doubled, but you become terribly cursed... Find and kill a Verinenmatkija
Mod GT-Lukkimount.png Lukki Mount A friendly mountable spider is summoned to assist you. Take the Clicking Egg to the Mountain Altar
Mod GT-Wandcapacity.png Wand Capacity + All wands have their capacity randomly increased or decreased by up to 4, ignoring caps. Complete the Death Quest

Mod GT-Map.png Mystery Radar I Standing still allows you to sense some secrets hidden throughout the world. Is found in a maze embedded in the right wall of The Laboratory.
Mod GT-Map2.png Mystery Radar II Standing still allows you to sense more secrets hidden throughout the world. Is found above the Mountain Altar, only if you have Mystery Radar I.
