The Master of Transmutation (in-game name Transmutaatioidenmestari) is one of the many Master spellcasters. It takes the appearance of a humanoid with purple flesh and four differently coloured eyes.
Behavior
The Master of Transmutation casts fast-moving homing projectiles that inflict the 
Unstable Transmutation status effect for 10 seconds. This the victim to transform nearby materials into hazardous ones, such as acid, lava or poison for the duration of the effect.
On rare occasion, the player may transmute a helpful material instead of a harmful one, but this should not be relied on as it is a very rare occurrence.
Combat Tips
- As with all Masters, exercise caution and focus on avoiding the projectiles. This is easily done by constantly moving perpendicular to the enemy's aiming trajectory (which usually means levitating up or falling down) and staying at a medium distance.
- Even if you weren't the one hit, a nearby enemy afflicted by the Unstable Transmutation status may still pose a threat.
- If you are afflicted by Unstable Transmutation, it may be safest to levitate in the air for as long as possible to avoid being nearby terrain should it be transformed into something dangerous.
