Curse Shot is a spell that summons a smoking purple projectile, dealing 5 Projectile damage and 5 Curse damage. It behaves similarly to a Firebomb with an Avoiding Arc modifier, traveling at moderate speed while attempting to avoid terrain. On contact or expiration, it produces a tiny explosion.

Tips

• This spell can be reliably used to damage most enemies, as curse immunity is very rare.
  • However, one must take caution when fighting enemies that instead heal from projectile damage, as the projectile's damage is equally split between Projectile and Curse. Using most damage boost modifiers exacerbates this effect, as they typically add Projectile damage.
• The aggressive avoidance of solids can make using this spell a challenge in tight spaces or against smaller grounded enemies.
• The bolt also comes with a modified version of the Rot Field modifier applied to it, allowing it to rot nearby meat and steel.
  • Unlike Rot Field, Curse Bolt will not be able to deteriorate Brickwork, rendering it unable to anger the gods on its own.
  • The corpses of most enemies killed by Curse Bolt will be instantly converted into Rotten Meat.
