This page includes a detailed breakdown of many of the in-game achievements, many of which may be considered extensive spoilers. Tread with care.
Achievement Pillars are Noita's in-game representation of achievements, in Apotheosis these are located in the desert west of the Giant Skull. There are six pillars, making up 38 pieces total, each representing something that you've achieved or discovered during previous playthroughs. As you unlock more achievements, the pillars will stack up higher and higher. Note that unlocked sections will not appear mid-run and only appear in future games or upon visiting the pillars in parallel worlds.
In the following list, the pillars are listed left-to-right. Entries appear top-to-bottom on the pillars. The order of pillar pieces is not dependent on the order they are unlocked in.
Pillar of Curiosity
- Play a Musical Curiosity
- Sacrifice a Pandora's Chest on the mountain altar
Pillar of Perk Creation
- Fungal Moon[1]
- Essence of Fungus collected
- Forge a Opastavakivi

- Forge a Sadekivi
- Forge a Sienenkivi

Pillar of Ascension
- Complete the game on the tuonela seed
- Complete the game on the hardcore or nightcore seed
- Achieve one of the 3 endings mentioned below within 5 hours or less.
- Complete the game with the Usurper Ending
- Complete the game with the Ascension Ending
- Complete the game with the Sheep Ending
Pillar of Bosses

Pillar of Secrets
- Unlock Sea of Berserkium
- Unlock Omega Death Cross
- Create any perk on the perk creation altar
- Activate the portal in the alchemist's room
- Sleep on the Sleep Altar
- Donate to a Homeless Hiisi
- Feed the Rat Wand to a Cat
- The Red Fish is real
