In Noita, several on-screen messages appear based on events occurring in-game.

Occurs when brickwork surrounding a Holy Mountain is destroyed, either by you or another entity. Causes Stevari to spawn in Holy Mountains.

The gods are enraged
Occurs when three Stevari have been killed. Causes Skoude to spawn in Holy Mountains.
The Gods Are Very Angry With You
The gods are very angry with you
Occurs when damaging Holy Mountain brickwork after Skoude has begun spawning.
The Gods Look The Other Way
The gods look the other way
Occurs when damaging Holy Mountain brickwork after collecting the Peace with Gods perk.
The Gods Are Afraid
The gods are afraid
Occurs when you inflict over a million damage in a single hit.

- This message does not appear when mods were active during the run.
- You can receive the message when playing with Twitch Integration, but in this case you won't receive a Steam or GOG achievement.

Occurs when any entity fires a spell with infinite lifetime.
The Gods Are Very Curious

Occurs when you reach negative Health.
- Limitations
- This message does not appear when mods were active during the run.
- Twitch Integration does not prevent this message from appearing.
- There's no known method to obtain negative hp. People have only gotten this message by surprise, after randomly getting hit below zero health and not dying.
