This hiisi holds a tank of hazardous material on his back. he attempts to reach the player and explode his tank.
If his tank is hit by a projectile, it can leak out radioactive gas which deals some damage. when the tank empties, it explodes, killing the hiisi with it!
The enemy can be found in the Mines, Collapsed Mines and Coal Pits.
