Umbrella Shield is a passive Spell that applies a partial shield to the wand, only shielding around 150° directly upward, regardless of what direction the wand is facing. Unlike Energy Shield or Energy Shield Sector, the shield will recover almost instantly when breaking.

Umbrella Shield? is a variant of the Umbrella Shield that points downward instead. It is also marginally more rare than the Umbrella Shield.

Tips

• With both variants of the Umbrella Shield on a wand, the player will be almost completely protected from most projectiles.
  • The player will still not be entirely protected from projectiles. The player may still be hit by very fast projectiles or projectiles that fit through the gap in the shields.
• Like all Passive spells, it will add one extra "draw" to the cast. If they are placed at the end of a wand, they can be used for wrapping.
