Plasma Bolt can be considered an alternate, lighter version of Magic Missile. It has more charges, faster speed, less cast delay, and less mana drain, but less damage. However, plasma bolts don't accelerate or do much terrain damage.

It can spawn on your starting red, bomb wand.
