Oxidizing Dust immediately combusts when it comes into contact with flammable material. The fire it creates is of the highest temperature, able to evaporate anything that is capable of being evaporated. Because of this, pouring Water on it is ineffective at putting out the flame, and it will just evaporate into Steam.
