Heat Wave is a passive Perk that applies an aura to the user that converts nearby snow, ice, and slush, enabling the player to move through them freely.

Notes

• Nearby Snow and Slush are converted into Smoke.
• Frozen materials such as Frozen Poison, Toxic Ice, and Ice are melted into their liquid form.
• Any Smoke or Freezing Vapour close to the player's hitbox is dissolved, rendering it harmless. This can be a useful alternative to Gas Fire.

Interactions

• Since Heat Wave acts as an inverted version of Freeze Field with a larger radius, Freeze Field takes effect at close range and Heat Wave affects materials that are slightly further away, allowing Heat Wave to unfreeze ice created by Freeze Field at a distance.
• Heat Wave increases the speed of the projectiles shot by Revenge Freeze by 50%.
