Ruttorotta (listen 
) ("Plague rat" in Finnish) is a variant of the Rotta enemy that is spawned by you with the Plague Rats perk.
In comparison to normal Rats, the Plague Rats have much higher health, deal slightly more damage, attack from further away, and have a dash attack.
Behaviour
They usually acts similarly to enemies that are 
Charmed by you, attacking and distracting enemies.
Under certain circumstances, including the More Hatred perk, it may attack you, becoming very dangerous.
Ruttorotta despawns after 800 frames (~13.3 seconds).
