The Greater Blood Mage is a headless creature which can sprout blood sword javelins out of it's bloody neck, which it launches at you. Apart from this, it holds a blood flask which it uses to launch an ominous blood curse projectile which a few seconds after hitting a wall (with ominous particles and warning signs) creates an expanding touch of blood curse, which lasts for about 1 second.
Found in Temple of the Art, and one has to be careful with the Touch of Blood since it can end your run instantly.
