Wand Reforge is a one-off Perk that moderately buffs some of some of the held wand's stats.
Notes
- The perk affects cast delay, recharge time, mana max, mana charge speed, capacity, and the wand's shuffle.
- Mana max is increased by between 60 and 100, capping at 2000.
- Mana charge speed is increased by between 30 and 90, capping at 1000.
- Cast delay is decreased by between 8 and 12 frames, capping at -21 (-0.35 seconds).
- Recharge time is decreased by between 6 and 10 frames, capping at -21 (-0.35 seconds).
- Capacity is increased by between 1 and 3, capping at 25.
- The perk also has a 1/3 chance to remove shuffle from the held wand.
