Effects
All four of the player's held wands gain a boost to their natural mana regeneration speed, that depends on the number of one-off perks that the player has.

Materialist is a passive Perk that buffs all of the player's held wands. Having one one-off perk increases the mana charge speed by 50%, and subsequent pickups give diminishing returns, eventually maxing out at 100% - doubling the wand's natural mana charge speed.

Notes

• The buff applied to each wand is proportional to the mana charge speed of the wand itself, so Materialist will provide no benefit to a wand that has 0 mana charge speed.
• Since perks like Extra Life are not removed from the player's inventory once they have been expended, Materialist will allow the player to benefit from one-off perks that provide no more benefit.
