Projectiles spells that involve relocation, affecting either the caster, a target, or both.

Alt Fire Swapper is a projectile spell that swaps places with the target that was hit with it, and is identical to Swapper except is used with right-click.

If two swapper projectiles hit an enemy at approximately the same time, such as from a wand with two or more spells per cast, then you won't swap places at all.

Tips

• Alt Fire spells are seemingly unaffected by modifier spells.

Trivia

• "The Swapper" is also the name of a 2013 game that was co-created by one of the developers of Noita; see The Swapper on Steam.
• Other teleport spells expiring on the same frame as a Swapper hits an enemy will take effect after the Swapper teleport; the enemy hit will be brought to the player's old location, and the player brought to the other teleport spell's location. Stains from materials at the swap location will only sometimes be applied in loaded chunks, and unloaded chunks at the swap location do not appear to be loaded.
