The Master Of Shrinking can temporarily shrink creatures that it hits. This effect uses Shaders to zoom in (Done with help from Thatrius) And it uses a modified version of the player resizer library by Infinite Sunrise.
This shrinking effect was a colossal task to achieve but it works very well. It has a check to avoid shrinking custom player skins.
