The Lesser Blood Mage, is a swordsman who attacks by dashing at you.
This mage also has a red shield to protect him.
He also can shoot a spinning blood orb which creates a barrier in between you and him which blocks any incoming projectiles form your direction. Apart from this, the blood orb will cause you to bleed for 15 damage if it hits.
