The dormant Desert Skull can be awakened with the new enemies mod, currently by casting 3 eggs near it. It is a massive skull with a large area damage radius. Be sure to have tons of damage before awakening this boss.
The boss drops a large quantity of money and health if killed, so it can be useful for long runs.
This boss has a circular rotating expanding orb projectile attack and can drop ancient skull worms which pounce in the dug terrain below it.
