Kolmisilmän sydän (发音 
) (也被称作三眼之心, 或者 meat boss）是一个生成在西部血肉地狱的boss。
行为
三眼之心会在一个类似于三眼之曈的圆形区域内等待玩家。有1000点血，along with a resistance to melee, explosive and projectile damage and an immunity to electricity, but it also bears a weakness to slice and fire damage.
The boss will cycle between two attacks:
- A volley of 8 slow moving orbs that spread in random directions which deal 10 ♥damage and explode into Pus, along with a fast-moving, homing orb that deals45 ♥damage and inflicts Venomous Curse. During this, the boss' eye will be closed and impervious to all damage.
- A repulsing field that slowly destroys all terrain around itself, while pushing both creatures and projectiles away, including its own orbs from its previous attack. Anything that touches the boss' body will receive 3.75 ♥melee damage every frame. This will last roughly two seconds and, during this, the boss' eye will be open and be vulnerable.
On death, the body will leave a Meat corpse, dropping the Saha Experimental Wand and lifting the Meat Realm's health restriction, with the message:
