The cavern will only spawn in one of 4 possible locations, and it can only spawn in the main world.
One of the possible locations, between the
大木 and the
イリアケミスティ.
Three other locations, 2 accessible from
金庫室 and one from
芸術の神殿 on the way to
塔 portal.
