Got this page up. Would like to get the icons of each status effect at some point. Maybe add the in-game quote to each entry too. A real pezzo guy (talk) 03:49, 8 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Cause and effect

Do we need to add "Cause: <cause>" for every status effect that shows what caused it? We have the column for the why, and in my opinion it looks a tad odd. Just want to see you guys' thoughts on this. Gloore (talk) 22:44, 22 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Dazed status indicator

So, the daze/stun/whatever you may call it doesn't have a status indicator but it has an animation above the player's head. We could either get one frame to put it as a image or make an animation. I'd rather go with the former option, mostly because the animation could be distracting to the readers. Gloore (talk) 22:44, 22 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

for now, I've added a single frame from the animation (with the star being most visible). Gloore (talk) 19:17, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Subdivide table into categories

I feel like this page would be much more useful if the table was divided into a few separate tables:

  • Stains
  • Buffs
  • Debuffs

tripping/weird fungus

somebody may want to edit the sources of the tripping status effect to include green fungus, mystery fungus, and blue fungus instead of just the pink kind. i'm unfamiliar with how it should be worded or else i'd go ahead and do it myself.

Search Rank

Frequently gets delisted and relisted. The opening sentences are nearly identical to the old wiki.--Heinermann (talk) 05:12, 22 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

What is a "Minicrit"?

Jarated mentions "Minicrit" but I've never once heard this term.--Heinermann (talk) 03:56, 28 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

My guess is its a term from TF2, but if so that would benefit from clarification. -flowsINtomAyHeM (talk) 11:59, 28 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Mini-Crits in Team Fortress 2 are a miniture critical hit. Where normal critical hits would cause an attack to deal x3 damage and ignore damage fall off over distance, Mini-Crits cause an attack to still ignore damage fall off over distance, but will deal 1.35x their normal damage instead of 3x. Greased lightning/Faster levitation have the same breakpoint as Polymorph immunity

I did my own testing and found out that yes; Greased lightning and Faster levitation have the same breakpoint as Polymorph immunity. I just feel the page should be updated in the top half of the page to reflect that the breakpoint for ingested materials is 524.288K seconds

idk

TOXIC: Wet clothes protect you from fire.

Is this bit sourced from the game files? If so this needs to be logged as a bug I feel, if not I can just remove that bit from the toxic sludge part, PepSakdoek (talk) 07:57, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
