Revenge Tentacle is a perk that summons a tentacle to retaliate against attacks when you take damage. It also provides you with 25% resistance to projectile damage.
The effect will also trigger when you take damage from various passive sources, like lava or damage-over-time effects, causing the tentacle to sometimes flail randomly.
Stacking
The 25% resistance will stack, and also stacks with other sources of projectile resistance.
