Pahan muisto (listen 
) (or Memory of Evil, lit. Memory of an evil thing), also known as the Heart Mimic is an extremely rare mimic enemy, that uses its resemblance to a Extra Max Health pickup to lure in players and bite them, dealing 30–40 damage.
There is a 0.11% chance of finding them in a Treasure Chest.
Tips
- The heart mimic has two possible sprites; one with the plus symbol to the right of the heart (identical to a normal health pickup), and one with the symbol to the left side. if you see a heart with the latter sprite, you can be certain that you've found a mimic.
- Additionally, hovering your mouse over a real extra max health pickup will display "Extra max health" or "Large extra max health" as its material. Hovering the mouse over a mimic does not show anything, similar to the Matkija.
- The Enemy Radar perk will detect heart mimics, and the Item Radar perk will detect real hearts.

Trivia
- It is possible to get 100% completion in the Progress screen without ever encountering this enemy. This is because the Torjuntalaite enemy is counted twice in the menu, once for the left-facing sprite and once for right-facing. This is why you could get 172/171 enemies shown in the progress menu.
