No Wand Tinkering

No Wand Tinkering is a perk that removes the ability to edit wands in Holy Mountains, but gives enemies a 20% chance of dropping 50 blood money, which heals you slightly on pickup, instead of 50 normal gold.
This perk is generally negative and is considered the single worst perk in Noita, as without wand editing, you will have to rely entirely on wands built before receiving the perk, or randomly generated wands found later.
Wand-editing variables
All wand editing-affecting things stack on a point-based system. It starts at 0, and having 1 point or more allows you to edit your wands.
