The Smoke Machine launches a grenade which explodes into expanding smoke gas. After a few seconds the smoke stops spreading. The idea of the smoke is to attempt to suffocate you. It can be countered with Breathless.
This enemy can be found in the Fungal Caverns, Hiisi Base and The Vault.
