This is a giant worm with a fake face. beneath its face's chin lies its mouth. This worm is dangerous because it can hunt you down from far away. It is based and inspired on the Orro worm from Swallow the Sea. Can be found in Temple of the Art and Hell. Has a 50% chance to drop an Extra Max HP.
