The Desulitor is simply a bubble of flies. The flies can released if the bubble is damaged enough, and the flies that come out of it explode if they touch you or when you kill them. Can be found in Coal Pits, Mines and Collapsed Mines. (Idea inspired by Binding of Isaac and suggested by Wind Woker)
