Objects

Lucky Clover may replace chests with Lost or Mini chests, or hearts with a Healthy Heart.

Lost Treasure Chest
  • Replaces 10% of chest spawns
Drops similar loot to normal chests, but with more varied and unique item drops. The chest may drop a Refreshing Gourd, a Large Extra Max Health, or, rarely, a potion from the Random potion pool, among other things.

Mini Treasure Chest
  • Replaces 15% of chest spawns
  • Always replaces the Pacifist Chest
Typically drops similar loot to a normal Treasure Chest, but improved in quality or quantity, among other unique drops like a charmed Taikasauva. Will often drop more Gold or spells than a normal chest. Very rarely drops a Master of Exchange as an Easter egg.

Healthy Heart
  • Replaces 25% of heart spawns
Heals the player when picked up, as if they had one stack of the Healthy Hearts perk. Will not appear if the player already has Healthy Hearts.

Bloody Treasure Chest Always drops a random perk.
Mod GT-Techchest.png
Technical Treasure Chest
  • Found in various hidden locations throughout the world
Always drops several "technical" spells, and a random Magic Skin-affected perk.
Mod GT-Etherealchest.png
Ethereal Treasure Chest Unlocks the Immunity Aura perk if it is not already unlocked. Otherwise, drops a potion of Flummoxium.

Pickups

These items cannot be found in vanilla chests or on pedestals, and must be found through Graham's Things chests or by other methods.

Magma Core
It pulses with an electrifying warmth. You feel as if it has a will to protect you. Combines the Firestone and the Thunderstone's effects, and dulls nearby Acid and Lava, making them unable to hurt the player.

Verikuu An ominous red light emits from the craters. Strongly pushes away physics objects and projectiles, and hovers above the ground when thrown.

  • Reforging a Kuu at the Hiisi Base's anvil.
Mod GT-Cybereye.png
Kybersilmä You feel the hum of malicious technology inside. When held, emits a powerful green beam akin to Plasma Cutter, capable of dealing large damage to enemies and digging through any material weaker than Brickwork. Kills caused by the Cyber Eye will always be trick kills.
  • Reforging a Paha Silmä at the Hiisi Base's anvil
  • Rarely drops from Mini Treasure Chests
  • Exchanging an item at the Exchange Hand

Kultaholvi Can be thrown to summon a protective steel vault When thrown, summons a small square box made of steel. Inside is around 300 Blood Money, a pipe on the ceiling that drips water, a short-lasting Circle of Vigour, and a cup of Concentrated Mana.
  • Replaces 7.5% of normal chest spawns.
  • Replaces 12.5% of normal chest spawns in The Vault.

Clicking Egg Holding this odd green egg makes your skin crawl. Unlocks Lukki Mount when sacrificed at the Mountain Altar.

Hamburger You feel as if it could sate any hunger. Can be thrown and eaten to grant the player temporary invincibility and long-lasting Healthy Meal and Greedy Meal status effects. Also has certain effects on a world-consuming material.
  • Reforging a Magma Core at the Hiisi Base's anvil.

Saippuakivi Equip and throw This slippery stone makes you feel cleaner in its presence.
  • Rarely drops from Mini Treasure Chests
Mod GT-Crystalball.png
Crystal Ball It glows ethereally. Throw it at an enemy to deal heavy damage! Detonates when thrown at an enemy. Displays a random fortune upon being created.
Mod GT-Lovelydie.png
Lovely Die Its cotton-candy smell warms your heart. Creates allies to help the player. Disappears on its own after being used 4-8 times.
  • 10% chance to replace a Chaos Die
  • Rarely drops from Mini Treasure Chests
Mod GT-Runestonephasing.png
Runestone of Phasing A runestone with a strong magical aura. You feel like kicking it. Causes all projectiles in its aura to gain the ability to phase through walls, similarly to the Drilling Shot modifier.

Balloon Equip and throw Holds gases instead of liquids. Floats upward when filled with gas. Can be used in a Fungal Reality Shift.
Mod GT-Cup.png
Cup Equip and throw Holds half as much as a normal potion. Does not break on impact like normal potions. Can be used in a Fungal Reality Shift.
  • Can be created with the Summon Coffee spell.
  • Rarely drops from Mini Treasure Chests
Mod GT-Vial.png
Vial Equip and throw Holds 3% as much as a normal potion. Does not break on impact like normal potions. Can be used in a Fungal Reality Shift.
  • One can always be found to the right of the Lava Lake.
