Lukki Mutation
Lukki Mutation is a perk that gives you slightly increases movement speed and gives you unlimited flight, but you can only fly while at least one limb is touching a solid surface. It can be good for navigating claustrophobic areas but severely limits your vertical mobility in large open spaces.
Movement
You will gain a burst of speed when surfacing from a liquid, and this can be used to reach higher surfaces. The Faster Levitation perk can similarly increase your vertical reach.
This perk also synergizes with Telekinetic Kick allowing you to fly by pressing up and using the hovering object to stand on.
Transformation
By taking the perks Lukki Mutation (or Leggy Mutation) twice, along with Lukki Minion, you will trigger the Lukki Transformation. In this state you have a slightly new look, and move 10% faster.
Stacking
This perk can be stacked multiple times. Stacking increases length of the legs as well as movement speed gained from the perk. Each extra perk multiplies horizontal movement speed (but not vertical speed) by 1.25, and multiplies the maximum distance you can be from a wall/floor by 1.5.
Attack
The limbs will occasionally lash out, dealing small amounts of damage to nearby enemies. This will not break the effects of 
Invisibility.
