The Kakkakikkare (listen ) (lit. poop, also known as Poop Stone) is an exceedingly rare item.

While it has an approximate 0.16% chance to be dropped from a Great Treasure Chest, the easiest and most consistent way of obtaining it is by sacrificing an Essence of Spirits through an Essence Eater.

Usage

While held, the Kakkakikkare causes Poison damage over time to its holder, along with vomiting as if afflicted with Food Poisoning, reducing Satiation as well as removing any status effects from ingested materials.

When thrown, it will transmute any liquids, magical and non-magical into Excrement. Additionally, when left dropped, it will slowly produce more Excrement around itself.

Tips

• Since it deals Poison damage, it will subtract 2% of your max health, making it moderately dangerous in late game.
• SPOILER: If used during the Uusi Aurinko quest, it will corrupt the process and create a Dark Sun.

Trivia

• Holding this item next to Kolmisilmä makes it vomit.
