The Kakkakikkare (listen 
) (lit. poop, also known as Poop Stone) is an inventory item. It causes damage over time to you, and causes you to vomit, emptying the stomach as well as removing any ingested effects. It has a chance to be dropped from Great Treasure Chests.
When thrown, it will transmute most liquids (including water, teleportatium, and lava) into excrement. Excrement prevents breathing but doesn't limit your movement, and it removes all stains.
