High Mana, Low Capacity
High Mana, Low Capacity is a perk that increases the maximum mana, mana recharge speed, and decreases the number of spell slots of your currently held wand.
Your wand's maximum mana increases by 100-600, to a maximum of 20,000.
Your wand's mana recharge speed increases by 100-300, or multiplies it by 2x to 3.5x, whichever is lower, to a maximum of 20,000.
Your wand loses half its spell slots, rounding down, to a minimum of 1 spell slot.
If you are not holding a wand when you pick up this perk, you will receive no benefits and the perk will be wasted. If you are holding a wand with most or all of its slots filled with spells, you will drop these spells automatically upon taking the perk; spells dropped in this way behave strangely visually.
