Fool's Gold is a glowing, golden brick-like structure with similar in texture to brickwork. It is created when urine comes into contact with lava.
SPOILER: Part of the Fungus-shaped rock under the Desert can be converted into Fool's Gold by going there while 
Tripping balls.
