In the game, there are three Experimental Wands with varying stats. Each one has pre-made stats, as well as spells. The only exception are the first 3 glimmer colors in the Experimental Glimmer Wand.

Experimental Wand (Glimmer)

This wand can be found by dropping an Emerald Tablet in the Fishing Hut located at the Lake.

Tips

  • The Experimental Wands from the Lake are reliable ways to get powerful wands and spells.
    • The Wand rooms also provide a wand editing zone which lasts until you leave the area.
  • The Chaingun has generally decent stats in exchange for its low capacity. This can be counteracted with the Extra Wand Capacity perk to increase its capacity.
    • Despite its decent stats, its mana may still drain quickly when using certain wand setups. It might be best to use a relatively basic setup such as Short-range Homing and Spark Bolt, which can be rapid-fired with little to no mana-related issues.
      • A Luminous Drill and Ping-Pong Path setup will result in a chaotic storm of Luminous Drills and bullets due to the Chaingun's natural 10-degree spread.
  • Because the Chaingun's always cast is a ??? [or Bullet], it can deal extra damage when used with spells, in addition to modifiers affecting it such as Short-range Homing.
