TNT, also known as Dynamite, is a projectile spell that flings forth a spinning stick of dynamite at high speed, exploding after a set time.

This spell may be included in the second starting wand in a normal New Game.

Tips

  • The TNT spell has significantly more charges than the Bomb spell, but destroys a smaller amount of terrain.
  • With the Homing modifier, dynamite sticks can be made to follow enemies, but it has a tendency to overshoot them.
  • With the Bombs Materialized perk, TNT can be held and used directly from item slots.

Trivia

  • For a significant period of Early Access, spells that summoned non-magical explosives were not affected by flight-path altering projectile modifiers.
  • The spell's name varies between in-game and in the Progress screen

  • Apr 8 2024: Changed the spawn probabilities on tiers 1, 2, 3, and 4 from 1 to 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, and 0.6 respectively.
  • Dec 19 2019: Increased the maximum material destruction durability from 10 to 11.
