Bombs Materialized is a perk that enables placing the TNT, Bomb, Glitter Bomb, Propane Tank, Holy Bomb, Giga Holy Bomb and Rock spells in your item slots.

Tips

• Synergizes well with the Unlimited Spells perk.
• Spells used as items do not count towards the spell progress.

Glitches

• Shift-clicking a bomb from an item slot into the current wand will simultaneously move it to the wand while making it the active item you are holding.
  • While the inventory is still open, the bomb can be thrown using special keybindings.
  • After the inventory is closed, it works similarly to holding it in an item slot, but after the charges are exhausted, you can repeatedly trigger a transparent sprite of the item to pop up above your head.
  • Tossing the wand holding the bomb to the ground will show Minä with empty hands. Attempting to to cast/throw afterward will, instead of throwing the bomb like normal, make you appear to hold a bomb (as if normally equipped in an action slot), but with the bomb spell inventory icon attached / hovering near the held bomb object; and there are additional related strange behaviors.
    • Pressing the interact key will reclaim the bomb into the spell inventory while keeping it the active item. Attempting to cast/throw with no uses left will cause a transparent sprite of the item to pop up around the x=0 y=0 position of the world.

History

• Circa Mar 11, 2023: Other means of triggering and using the inventory glitches, some of which enabled infinite re-use of limited-use spells, were patched.
• Much earlier: Removed the ability to pick up and hold rocks generated by the Rock spell using this perk. This previously allowed holding rocks with modifiers such as Projectile Energy Shield in item slots.
